LAS VEGAS—As the Exhibit Hall at Vision Expo West entered its first full day of business, show organizers remained confident that this year’s show would continue to gain momentum. "The first day of the show was fantastic, with extremely strong attendance figures and a great deal of activity on the show floor," said Tom Loughran, vice president for Reed Exhibitions. "Hundreds of attendees came to Doctoberfest, thousands of attendees have accessed our Vision Mobile technology and the professional organizations that we partner with have had record participation at their events."
